Kylian Mbappe reacts after extending PSG’s contract till 2025

France forward Kylian Mbappe has extended his contract with Paris St Germain until 2025, club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi said on Saturday.

The contract extension which reportedly worth Three hundred million euros has effectively subdued the advance from Real Madrid in securing the service of the French Striker.

“I’m proud to give you a beautiful piece of news — Kylian Mbappe has signed until June 2025 with Paris St Germain,” Al Khelaifi said as he posed with the 23-year-old holding a Mbappe 2025 PSG shirt at the Parc des Princes before the last game of the Ligue 1 season against Metz.

Mbappe’s deal was set to expire at the end of June and his decision to stay will see the French league giant continue their push for UEFA Champions League glory next season.

Reacting to the development, Kylian Mbappé said “I’m really happy to continue the adventure here at Paris Saint-Germain. To stay in Paris, my city”.

“I hope that I will continue to do what I prefer to with you all… and win titles together. Thanks alot” he said.
