Kwara deputy governor, Kayode Alabi tests negative for COVID-19
Kwara State Deputy Governor and Chairman of the Technical Committee on Coronavirus, Kayode Alabi has tested negative for COVID-19.
Modupe Joel, Chief Press Secretary to the deputy governor said Mr. Kayode alongside his personal aides took the test on Thursday, 9 July.
The test became expedient as part of precautionary measures to stem the tide of the deadly diseases.
Joel noted that the test results of staff of Deputy Governor’s Office would be released in short time.
The deputy governor, however admonished the public to strictly adhere to all the safety guidelines in order to contain the pandemic.
