Kwara central legislators launch empowerment scheme to alleviate economic hardship
The Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Yakubu Salihu Danladi, has praised the lawmakers from Kwara Central for organizing a joint empowerment scheme aimed at mitigating the economic challenges faced by their constituents.
Danladi made these remarks on Saturday while addressing thousands of APC members and constituents at the Kwara State Stadium in Ilorin. He highlighted the positive impact Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has had on people’s lives.
Hon. Barr. Oba Abdulkadir Magaji, the Kwara Assembly Leader, emphasized the event’s significance, highlighting the unity and dedication of Kwara Central House of Assembly members in bolstering Governor AbdulRazaq’s mission to deliver the benefits of democracy to all citizens.
The Sponsors are Hon Oba Abdulkadir Magaji ( House Leader/Member representing Ilorin Central Constituency), Hon Babatunde Aishat Olatundun ( Ilorin North West Constituency), Hon Maryam Yusuf Aladi ( Deputy Whip/Member representing Ilorin South Constituency), Hon Arinola Fatimah Lawal (Ilorin East Constituency), Hon Bello Yunisa Oniboki (Afon Constituency) and Hon Shittu Rukayat Motunrayo (Owode/Onire Constituency).
Beneficiaries of the empowerment scheme were selected from the four local government areas within the Kwara Central Senatorial district.
