Kwara adjusts monthly sanitation exercise for UTME exam
As a result of the ongoing 2025/2026 UTME examination across the country, the Kwara government has announced the free vehicular movement in its modified monthly sanitation scheduled for Saturday, 26th April, 2025 between the hours of seven o’clock and ten o’clock (7:00am to 10:00am) in the morning.
A statement by the Press Secretary of the Ministry of Environment Shakirat Muritala quoted the Commissioner of the ministry Hajia Nafisat Musa Buge noting that the state government is not insensitive to the plight of the students writing the examination across the state, while assuring that as a result of this development, there will free vehicular movement to convey the students to their respective examination centres without hindrances as the security agencies have also been duly informed.
The statement also urged the residents of the state to participate fully in the exercise by clearing both their residential and business environments to ensure a clean and healthy state.
