Kidnapping: Report strange movement to security agencies, Kwara residents told
The Kwara State Commissioner for Special Duties Hajiya Ahmed Mariam Hassana, has called on residents to be security-conscious and report any strange or suspicious movement to the appropriate quarters without delay.
The commissioner stated this on Wednesday while reacting to the kidnapping and subsequent release of one Dr. Timothy Gana along Patigi-Lade- Gbugbu road in the early hours of Tuesday.
She condemned the incident and stressed that all necessary steps will be taking to protect future occurrence of similar incident.
She added that all hands must be on deck to disallow bandits from having a breathing space in the state.
The commissioner prayed for Allah’s guidance and protection on all residents.
