Just In: Unilorin announces job opportunities

The University of Ilorin has begun its 2025 recruitment exercise. The university made the announcement on Monday morning through its official media handles.

It directed interested applicants to visit the official website of the University to explore the job opportunities.

The University is essentially recruiting Academic positions, administrative cadres and Technical positions.

For Academic Positions, it said “We are currently accepting applications for faculty roles across various departments. We seek qualified candidates for Professors, Associate Professors, and Lecturer positions.

It also added that “We have multiple administrative roles available. We are looking for dedicated professionals to fill positions such as Administrative Officer and Executive Officer.

“We are recruiting for IT and other technical support roles. A computer proficiency test is required for all technical positions” it concluded.

Applicants are expected to read the requirements on the website carefully before applying.

The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) is currently celebrating its 50th anniversary, with the main events scheduled from November 23–28, 2025.

The celebrations officially began on July 16, 2025, with an event honoring 65 accomplished individuals and groups, and further awareness was generated with a billboard unveiling in January 2025.
