Ilorin Emirate Mall’s Royalty Fun Land holds close-out, end-of-year ceremony

The Management and Staff of Royalty Fun Land, a subsidiary of the Ilorin Emirate Mall, on Monday, held a close-out, end-of-the-year ceremony featuring an award presentation to outstanding staff members, recognising their hard work and dedication in the year 2024.

In his address to staff and their families the Royalty Fun Land Manager, Mr. Imran Bolanta, described “the ceremony was a celebration of the recreational centre’s achievement in 2024 and avenue to reward outstanding staff for their performances to do more in the new year.

Supermarket Supervisor, Mr. Adebayo Ismail, in his opening remarks, heaped praises on the founder of the Ilorin Emirate Mall, Alhaji Yusuf Abdullahi, for his visionary efforts in transforming his community with the establishment of the first-ever indigenous recreational centre for kids and adults in Ilorin city.

He expressed that 2024 was a remarkable year, marked by the establishment of the supermarket and the Mall, which attracted massive turnouts of shoppers and lovers of recreations, both young and old people.

Adebayo, therefore, prayed God Almighty for continued blessings, guidance, and fulfilment upon their founder as he continued to invest in his community.

Engr. Lambert Chinedu, representing the founder and CEO of the Ilorin Emirate Mall, Alhaji Yusuf Abdullahi, commended the organisers of the close-out and end-of-the-year ceremony for their well thought out initiative in bringing together the staff and management of the organisation.

He expressed his appreciation for the award of recognition confered on him by the staff in acknowledging his huge investment and contributions to the economic growth of Kwara State.

Mallam Yusuf, meanwhile, assured of his unwavering commitments towards the advancement of his staff and establishment in the new year.

The colourful gathering, featuring a display of funfare, exquisite meals, music, dance, and airtime giveaway, provided an opportunity for staff and management to network outside the work environment, demonstrating the organisation role in enhancing performances of their workers.

Some of the awardees who were presented with cash gifts and supported by the Chairman and CEO of the Royalty Fun Land, were: Manager, Mr. Imran Bolanta; Accountant, Lawal Mutalib; Chief Security Officer, Yusuf Olanrewaju; Facility Manager, Alhaji Kale Yusuf.

Others include: Floor Manager, Engr. Lambert Chinedu; Game Arcade Operator, Comrade Yunus Olanrewaju Aduagba; Game Arcade Cashier, Shittu Amidat; Damilola Oguntoye, the outdoor game instructor; and Outdoor Cashier, Busari Aisha.

One of the airtime giveaway winners, Mrs Owosho Comfort, expressed her gratitude to the founder of the Royalty Fun Land for employing her husband and bringing joy to their family, praying for abudance blessings on him
