I bit my wife’s ear because she’d done same to me – Man tells Lagos Police

The Lagos State Police Command has arraigned a 47-year old man, Ola Ade, before an Ogba magistrates’ court for biting off his wife’s ear.

The prosecutor, Inspector Akinleye Funmilola, said the accused engaged his wife, Kathryna, in a fight over a domestic issue, adding that it took the intervention of neighbours to rescue the woman after he bit off her ear.

In his statement to the police, the accused said he resorted to biting off his wife’s because she had done the same to him.

The Magistrate, Mrs O. O. Hughes, however, granted him bail in the sum of N100,000.
