Gunmen kidnap paramount traditional king in Plateau

Gunmen have kidnapped another paramount ruler from his palace in Plateau State.

Another paramount ruler has been kidnapped from his palace in Plateau State by some gunmen.

The Informant247 gathered that the kidnapped traditional ruler, His Royal Highness Sunday Dajep, is the district head of Chip community, Pankshin Local Government Area of the state.

He was reportedly abducted around 11pm on Wednesday.

The gunmen forcefully invaded the palace in Chip community along Mangu-Shendam road and took away the traditional monarch.

The spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Alfred Alabo said the incident has been brought to the awareness of the police.

Alubo said, “Men of the command has been on tbe trail of the gunmen. We launched a manhunt for the gunmen as soon as we got the distress call.”
