Gov. AbdulRazaq Embarks on Facelift of Kwara State Library
In a bid to reshape the state after several years of infrastructural decay Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has issues a directive for the immediate repair of the library as about N100m has been set aside for the refurbishment of the State Library Complex, the edifice will be used as a launchpad for e-learning and temporary headquarters for the state’s innovation hub.
The renovation work kicked off weeks later after the Governor visited the library for personal assessment of the facility in order to revamp the educational sector in the state.
“We have experienced an impressive work on the renovation of the State Library. I want to appreciate the effort of the State Governor, Alhaji AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq who has been working round the clock to ensure a conducive learning environment is created for students in Kwara State and has shown his unwavering commitment to reposition the education sector in the state” Salihu Kehinde Gobir, Maintenance Officer Kwara State Library said.
