Gov Abdulrazaq elated as Kwara pupils emerge best in National Tax Debate
Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has commended the outstanding performance of the duo of Hamdalat Eniola Agboola of the Queen Elizabeth School Ilorin and Muminat Ayomide Abdulganiyu of the Government Girls Secondary School, Oke Sunna, Ilorin, for emerging best in the just concluded National Tax Debate held in Abuja.
Hamdalat was crowned champion in the grand finale of the debate after recording 85% to beat all other contestants, emerging as the national ambassador of the Society of Women In Taxation (SWIT) for 2025, while Muminat came fourth in the competition with 78%.
The Governor, in a statement by his spokesperson Rafiu Ajakaye, commended the two students for their impressive performances on the national stage, building on the reputation of Kwara State as a nest of great talents and achievers across sectors.
The governor also congratulated the parents of the students, their schools, and the state chapter of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) for their immense contributions to this success while wishing champion Hamdalat and the irrepressible Muminat brighter years of academic and professional excellence ahead.
