Gov AbdulRazaq appoints Nollywood actor Muka Ray as SSA Culture and Tourism

Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has appointed Eyiwumi Muka Aramide professionally known as Muka Ray as the Senior Special Assistant on Culture and Tourism.

Muka Ray happens to be a well known Nigerian Nollywood actor who hails from Ipetu/Rore/Aran-Orin Ward in Irepodun Local Government of Kwara State.

The state government has made this revelation via a statement on its official Twitter account.

The statement reads: “Governor @RealAARahman AbdulRazaq has appointed Eyiwumi Muka Aramide (Muka Ray) as the Senior Special Assistant on Culture and Tourism. Muka Ray who is a popular Nigeria Nollywood actor hails from Ipetu/Rore/Aran-Orin Ward in Irepodun Local Government of Kwara State.”

“Muka Ray’s appointment is with immediate effect.

“Muka Ray’s appointment is coming on the heel of the inauguration of five new commissioners and a Special Adviser — a minor cabinet reshuffle that saw four others move places.

The Informant247 gathered that the new cabinet members are: Alhaji Agbaje Wahab (Whyte) who has been assigned to man the Ministry of Water Resources; Ibrahim Akaje (Business, Innovation and Technology); Adenike Harriet Oshatimehin (Solid Minerals); Dr. Afeez Abolore (Tertiary Education); and Lateef Alakawa Gidado (Agric).

The Governor also effected a slight cabinet reshuffle involving four ministries.

Architect Aliyu Mohammed Saifudeen has been moved from Local Government to Housing and Urban Development, and was replaced by Aliyu Kora Sabi who was before now in the Ministry of Energy.

Sabi has been replaced by Mariam Ahmed Hassana — until now the Commissioner for Special Duties.

Olaitan Buraimah has been moved to Ministry of Special Duties.

The Governor has also inaugurated Atiku Abdusalam as Special Adviser on Civic Engagement.
