Fuel subsidy: Be patient with Tinubu, Onanuga urges Nigerians
Bayo Onanuga, a spokesperson of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s campaign, has appealed to Nigerians to be more patient over the impact of the fuel subsidy removal and hike in the price of fuel.
Onanuga, who made this appeal in a statement via his verified Twitter handle on Wednesday, also warned against hurling attacks on the Tinubu-led administration in response to the fuel price hike.
He also stressed on the need to exercise patience and understanding, as the entire nation is collectively facing the impact of the fuel price increase, while urging the public to wait for the palliatives promised by the federal government to cushion the effect of the hike in price fuel, saying these measures would alleviate the burden caused by the higher fuel prices.
