Former Nigerian Army spokesperson, General JTE Chukwu dies
A former spokesperson of the Nigerian Army Brigadier General JTE Chukwu has died.
He passed away on Thursday in his residence in Abuja, the country’s capital.
The Informant247 recalls that the deceased was appointed the spokesperson of the army in February 2018 when Lieutenant General Tuku Buratai was reigning as the Chief of Army Staff.
He took over the mantle of leadership from Brigadier General Sani Usman, who progressed to the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in Plateau.
It was also gathered that he was also the Commandant, Nigerian Army School of Public Relations (NASPRI) in Lagos State.
