Former NAICOM commissioner gets chieftancy title in Bauchi

The former Commissioner for Insurance and Chief Executive Officer, National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), Mohammed Kari, has been appointed the Waziri of Bauchi by His Royal Highness, the Emir of Bauchi, Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu.

The Waziri is a senior member of the Emirate council, a close confidant and chief adviser of the Emir.

The new Waziri Bauchi is an administrator from a well respected family from Bauchi.

He was NAICOM commissioner for insurance from 2015 to 2019.
