Fans worried as Genevieve deleted pictures, videos, unfollowed everyone on Instagram
Fans and followers of the Nollywood superstar, Genevieve Nnaji, has on Tuesday, raised alarm over her emotional safety, after the screen goddess deleted pictures and videos on her Instagram page and unfollowed everyone.
Recall that Genevieve was the first actor to get the Africa Movie Academy Award in a fantastic role in 2005.
The fans of the celebrity with over 8.5 million followers on Instagram considered her action strange and reacted accordingly.
One Dr Penking via his Twitter handle @drpenking said it was not usual, saying that “someone should please check on her. No one is above mental breakdown.”
While reacting to the issue, the President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Emeka Rolland, informed newsmen that he was unaware of Genevieve’s strange act on Instagram.
“I will have to reach out to her since I am just getting this news from you now. I have not learnt of that.
” I will reach out to her to know whether she’s safe or not after your call. I cannot just conclude with hearsay or rumour,” he said.
