EPL: Chelsea in search of a new striker
Top on the agenda of Chelsea is to bring in a new striker to the Stamford Bridge in January.
The need for a goal poacher has also been intensified after an injury suffered by Armando Broja in their mid-season friendly with Aston Villa on Sunday.
While talks are already taking place to find the best opportunity in the market, Chelsea might not consider any thing short of high valued striker in the face of their match-packed campaign in European top competitions.
Piemrick Aubameyang has fallen short of expectations at the Bridge and Graham Potter seems to be in need of somebody that will shoulder the responsiblity for the team upfront.
Among possible target of the west London club side is a move for Borrusia Dortmund’s teenage striker Youssoufa Moukoko in January.
Moukoko has been impressive in the Bundesliga this season, scoring six goals in 14 appearances, and he became the youngest player to represent Germany at a World Cup when he came off the bench against Japan just three days after his 18th birthday last month.
