Eid Al-Fitr to start Thursday after Saudi’s c’ttee fails to see Shawwal crescent

Saudi Arabia’s moon sighting committee said the crescent of the month of Shawwal could not be seen from the Tamir observatory.

It means the Ramadan month this year will be 30 days and Eid Al-Fitr celebrations will begin on Thursday, May 13.
