DollyP Sport Academy set to explore Europe market for player’s transfer

DollyP Sport Academy has opened fresh opportunities for its players to break into the European football market, as the Kwara-based football outfit kicked off a three-day scouting programme on Saturday with the participation of top European scout, Filip Stanojevice.

The scouting programme commenced on Saturday, August 16 was held at the main pitch of KFA.

Filip Stanojevice from Europe is expected to identify talented players from Dollyp Sport Academy and link them up with opportunities in Europe.

Speaking after the opening match of the programme between Dollyp SA and Vision FC on Saturday, Filip stated that the DollyP Academy boys have a lot potential.

He noted that watching the boys played on Saturday has further confirmed that Nigeria truly has abundant of talent.

Filip said “I am here to make Europe black. If I thought Nigeria had a potential before I came,now i know that the potential is 100% more than i thought.This is the place where stars can rise”

Coach Daniel Azera of DollyP SA stated that the main objective of the Academy is to help young footballers develop their skills and get to play football to the highest level. He
commended the Chairman of the Academy for his tireless efforts upholding the standard.

“Our chairman is very passionate about football and taking the youths out of the street, so that they could take care of themselves and their family” The gaffer said.

The CEO of DollyP Sport Academy Limited, Ahmed Yusuf, has remained committed towards empowering the youth. The Academy, under his leadership, has recorded many successes, including the transfer of players to Europe.

The opening match of the scouting was witnessed by other top brass of the Academy including one of the Directors, Ajao Afeez; CEO of Boscom Plus Telecommunications; Rafiu Yusuf Emmanuel Onuh Victor and Ahmad Salati; a football agent and a host of others.

The DollyP boys defeated VisionFC 2-1 in the opening match on Saturday, and the scouting programme will continue later on Sunday with another game and ends on Monday, August 18.
