Delta: Tribunal dismisses Omo-Agege, APC’s case against Oborevwori
The Delta state governorship election tribunal on Wednesday, dismissed the case of Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege, the former Deputy Senate President against Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
The Informant247 gathered that some PDP supporters were seen at the premises of the governorship election petition tribunal to celebrate the victory.
Meanwhile, in his reaction, the Delta State Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr Valentine Onojeghuo, said in a WhatsApp message that the party will appeal the judgement of the tribunal.
