Dele Shittu Foundation rejoices as Mubarak Shittu becomes chairman of MAN Kwara/Kogi branch
The Dele Shittu Foundation is celebrating the appointment of Mubarak Damilola Shittu (MBA, GED), its Board of Trustees Secretary, as the new Chairman of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), Kwara/Kogi branch.
Mubarak Shittu, representing Dele Group, assumed the role during MAN’s annual general meeting and election on August 27, 2024, held at the Event Hall, De-Peace Hotel, Tanke, Ilorin.
In a statement obtained by The Informant247, the Dele Shittu Foundation expressed its pride, stating, “Congratulations to our dedicated Board of Trustees Secretary, Mubarak Damilola Shittu (MBA), on becoming the new Chairman of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, Kwara/Kogi State Branch. Your leadership and expertise will undoubtedly drive the industry forward.”
Currently, Mubarak Damilola Shittu serves as the Group Executive Director at DELE Group, a leading pharmaceuticals and medical devices manufacturing company in Nigeria. He is responsible for steering the company’s strategic plans and implementation.
Shittu is an accomplished business manager with a solid background in the medical device industry and has previously worked as a Business Development Strategist in agriculture and textiles with Saro Group and Churchgate Group.
He holds an MBA from Lagos Business School, a Diploma in Change Management from IESEG School of Management in France, and a degree in Management and Information Systems from Covenant University.
He is also a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
