COVID-19: FG shuts down schools nationwide

The Federal Ministry of Education, on Thursday, directed the immediate closure of tertiary institutions, secondary and primary schools nationwide as part of measures to contain the spread of coronavirus.

THE PUNCH reported that the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Mr Sonny Echono, confirmed this development.
