The Supreme Court, on Monday, dismissed the Allied Peoples Movement (APM)’s appeal seeking to void the election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The appeal was dismissed after Chukwuma Umeh, APM counsel, applied to withdraw the suit.
