Court remands Sowore, four others

A magistrate court sitting in Abuja has ordered the remand of #RevolutionNow leader, Omoyele Sowore, and four others at Kuje Correctional facility.
The formal bail application for the remanded activists will be heard tomorrow, January 5, 2020
Sowore is being arraigned alongside four others by the Federal Government on three charge of unlawful assembly, criminal conspiracy, and attempting to incite the public.
The five revolutionists all pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Recall that Sowore and four other revolutionists were arrested by the police for leading a protest against bad governance on the 31st December, 2020 in Abuja, the country’s capital.
