Celebrating the exemplary leadership of my distinguished GRS. | by Ajadi

I have read many things and books about great leaders, leadership, and leaders-leadership qualities; and I have also listened to great speakers. Of all that I have read and listened to, I found John C. Maxwell’s outline on “Leadership Development”, in episode 115 of the Aviation Business Podcast, fascinating as it fits my description of the doctrines of my amiable leader, Distinguished Senator Gbemisola Ruqayyah Saraki (CON).

In the podcast, the avid writer professed that “The single biggest way to impact an organization is to focus on leadership development.” He continued by saying “There is almost no limit to the potential of an organization that recruits good people, raises them as leaders, and continually develops them.”

The excerpt from Maxwell’s podcast seems to have been thoroughly formulated after a meticulous analysis of the leadership qualities of my Distinguished. I regarded this because the principles drafted in Maxwell’s statement have been invariably demonstrated by my Distinguished for over two decades. The efficacy of these principles is evident in the personal and professional lives of the individuals who have had the privilege of receiving guidance from my Distinguished.

She has demonstrated meritorious contributions towards the advancement of humanity, yet prefers to remain humble without seeking recognition. Her leadership insight is also striking. And of my Distinguished is an eternal attribute that the beneficiaries will continue to remain proud of.

I would like to also emphasize that at GRS, both within and outside the movement, we have witnessed tremendous growth owing to the unique leadership qualities of our esteemed Distinguished, as well as the positive impact of the Distinguished’s benevolence and generosity towards our beneficiaries. These growths are recorded in (but not limited to) academics, entrepreneurship, socio-economic, socio-cultural, personal and community, and career successes.

At GRS, we’ve had the privilege of witnessing many victories and we can’t help but feel thankful for each one. These attainments hold an extraordinary place in our hearts and we stay 100% devoted to them.

All the commendable efforts that we undertake at GRS, whether it is for our personal growth, societal betterment, or the upliftment of humanity, bear testament to our organization’s exceptional leadership and vision. Our team is fortunate to be led by a distinguished who prioritizes the appeals and well-being of her team members and stakeholders, and her competent approach has been instrumental in driving us toward success.

One of the core values that my Distinguished upholds is to offer assistance and orientation to those who are struggling, as well as to help those who are already excelling to reach even greater heights. This principle has been a cornerstone of her work, and a key factor in her success throughout her career.

It is not customary for us to express publicly our admiration for our esteemed leader through a profusion of qualifying adjectives, but today, I make an exception. Today marks another year of life for my Distinguished who has been blessed with the opportunity to continue her journey as a model of humanness. And so it is ideal that I pay homage to her humility before the Divine, nature, and humanity by sharing a few of the many words that manifest her character.

According to the promise of Allah (SWT) to the righteous, I believe that my Distinguished will continue to receive more of the Almighty’s blessings in the form of prosperity, good health, and a long life. I also hold that the celebration of today is truly going to be beautiful and earnest, just as it is in the probity and doctrine of a leader who teaches and nurses.

Happy Birthday, my Distinguished!
