Buhari meets senate president, Lawan behind closed doors
President Muhammadu Buhari has met with the President of the Senate, Ahmed Lawan, behind closed-door.
The president met with the Senate President in his office at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, the country’s capital.
The national assembly boss, reached the State House this afternoon to meet with the Nigerian leader.
The meeting may not be unconnected with the president’s loan request and other issues on the 2023 appropriation bill.
