Buhari gave me opportunity past VPs never had, says Osinbajo

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has said that President Muhammadu Buhari gave him opportunities past holders of vice presidency never had while in office.

Osinbajo stressed that the training and experience he has garnered as the number two citizen of the country would assist him to lead Nigeria if elected in 2023.

The All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential aspirant made this narration during his interactive session with the party’s delegates in Jigawa.

“As vice president, the president has given me an opportunity that I do not think any other vice president has been given.

“We should make a decision based on the future of our children, we can make progress; we can move on.

“All I ask you to do is what is in the best interest of Nigeria; vote in the interest of our children.

“Obviously, all the issues that we discussed are issues that concern the country very significantly.

”All of us are very happy that we were able to have this engagement,” he said.
