Buhari, Emefiele meet in Aso Villa after Supreme Court judgment
President Muhammadu Buhari has welcomed the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Godwin Emefiele to the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The meeting came following the ruling of the Supreme Court, Wednesday, which stop the February 10 deadline for the old naira notes.
The highest court in the country also said the Federal Government and the CBN must discontinue the deadline till the hearing is determined on February 15.
The Informant247 understands that the meeting may be in connection to the new naira notes and the verdict of the supreme court.
