Breaking: NBC Sanctions NTA, Channels, TVC, AIT, 41 others after Elections

Mallam Modibbo Kawu, Director General of the Nigeria Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has announced the sanction of 45 broadcasting station for violating of electoral guidelines.

The Affected Broadcasting stations includes: The Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Channels Television, TV Continental (TVC) and African Independent Television (AIT).

Modibbo said that the affected stations also breached the extant laws in the nation’s broadcast code.
