Breaking: Court adjourns Kanu’s final judgement to 4pm as IPOB leader convicted of all seven-count terrorism charges

Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court has adjourned the final judgement on the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu to 4pm today after being convicted of all seven-count charges

The Informant247 had earlier reported that Nnamdi Kanu, leader was convicted on Thursday by Justice Omotosho for various terrorism charges levelled against him.

Justice Omotosho, in his judgement in Kanu’s terrorism trial, found Kanu guilty in relation to counts one and two of the seven-count charge brought against him by the federal government.

The Judge held that the threats of violence and killings, including the declaration of sit-at-home order in the South-East States, in his many broadcasts, constituted acts of terrorism.
