(Breaking) APC chairmanship: PDP drags Buni to court, seeks Gov’s sack from office
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has filed a suit against Governor of Yobe State, Mala Mai Buni, and his deputy, demanding their sack from office over Buni’s appointment as Caretaker Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), which it said was a breach of the 1999 Constitution (as amended).
The party is demanding the swearing-in of PDP candidates in the last election.
