Bandits release Ondo king after 7 days in captivity
The kidnapped traditional ruler of Oso Ajowa Akoko in Akoko North-West Local Government Area of Ondo State, Oba Clement Jimoh, has been released.
The traditional king who was kidnapped in his palace by bandits was released after spending 7 days in captivity.
A source from within the family revealed the king regained his freedom, Wednesday evening.
The source added that the monarch has been hospitalized where he’s receiving medical attention.
According to the source: “Kabiyesi regained freedom yesterday (Wednesday) evening but he has been taken to the hospital for treatment.”
