AY opens up about fire outbreak: only possessions left were those I traveled with
Ayodeji Makun, a renowned Nigerian comedian popularly known as AY, has revealed that the only belongings he had left following the fire incident in his house were the ones he had traveled with.
Earlier this month, news broke that the comedian’s residence had suffered a fire outbreak.
In a post on his X page (formerly known as Twitter), AY shared his feelings about the loss of his valuable items.
He accompanied his post with a video showcasing the ongoing renovation of his house.
He said, “It’s feels weird to realize that the only shoes, jewelry, and clothes I currently possess are the ones I brought along while traveling.”
“There’s no such thing as going back to square one,” he added.
