Olu Onemola, former Special Assistant on New Media to Bukola Saraki, has rejected his appointment by Ahmad Lawan to occupy same position. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has unsealed some properties that were erroneously linked to the immediate past governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, in Ado Ekiti, the state capital. Gunmen have abducted Susana Jonathan, Permanent Secretary in Taraba State Ministry of Water Resources. Jonathan was kidnapped from his home on Sunday, making it two high profile kidnapping cases in Taraba in less than seven days.
