Nigeria needs a leader capable of solving its problems: Atiku The Informant247

Atiku’s resignation letter was leaked by political opponents – Aide

Paul Ibe, media adviser to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has accused political actors of deliberately leaking his principal’s resignation letter from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The news of Atiku’s resignation circulated rapidly on Wednesday, shortly after his condolence visit to the family of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura, Katsina State.

During his appearance on News Night, a program on Arise Television, Ibe expressed that the timing and nature of the leak were orchestrated by individuals within the PDP who oppose Atiku, along with their allies in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

He stated, “People who never wished his excellency Atiku Abubakar well leaked a communication of his. It’s unfortunate that the minister of aviation, who should be concerned with aviation matters and plenty of them — runways and better infrastructure — would jump into the fray.”

Ibe emphasized the questionable motives behind the timing of the leak, stating, “Rogue elements in the PDP, working in cahoots with the APC members, leaked that communication, which is why we are having this conversation.”
