Arsenal thrash Fulham, record 100th wins under Arteta as Manager
Mikel Arteta has recorded his 100th win as Arsenal secured a 3-0 win over Fulham against Fulham on Sunday.
On 20 December 2019, Arteta was appointed head coach at former club Arsenal.
It would be recalled that he joined the Gunners after leaving his position as assistant manager at Manchester City to take on the job after the departure of Unai Emery.
His first win came against Manchester United, a 2-0 victory at the Emirates Stadium on New Year’s Day 2020.
Arteta has played 167 games so far, won 100, drawn 24 and lost 43 in total.
It would be recalled that Arteta ended his first season with a trophy after winning the FA Cup and later won the Community shield.
His current contract expires in 2025.
