Afrobasket championship : D’Tigress outclass Rwanda, qualify for fourth consecutive final

Nigeria’s D’ Tigress has qualified for the fourth consecutive final of the Afrobasketball championship.

The D’Tigress who defeated their Rwandan counterpart by 79-48  on Thursday are the defending champions of the tournament.

D’Tigress now extended their unbeaten run to 23 games and will face the winner between Senegal and Mali in the final on Saturday as the team continue their quest for a 4-PEAT.

The last time Nigeria lost a game in the Women’s Afrobasketball is 2015 against Cameroon in the semifinals and are now on course to win the fourth title
