Accident kills 5, injures 2 others on Kaduna-Kafachan road
5 persons have died, while 2 others sustained various degrees of injuries in a road accident along Kaduna-Kafachan road on Tuesday night.
A source that witnessed the scenario, Mr. Sunday Abdul, who also resides at Idon community, along Kaduna-Kafachan road, on Wednesday morning, said he heard a loud bang near his residence around 10:00 pm on Tuesday night.
He narrated that he quickly moved to the affected scene and discovered a Golf car which has turned upside down.
He said before day breaks, 5 persons have lost their lives, while 2 others sustained severe injuries.
“I retired to bed in the night around 10:00 pm, when I heard the sound like thunderstorm. So, I woke, ran to the place which was first covered with dust. As dust settled, I saw five people dead, while two were still breathing,” he said.
