Abba Kyari escaped death in prison as angry inmates attacked him
Some angry inmates have reportedly launched an attack on the suspended deputy commissioner of police, Abba Kyari in Kuje prison.
The angry inmates reportedly moved to lynch Abba Kyari.
As reports have it, on May 4, about 190 of the inmates descended on him for allegedly prosecuting them even after collecting bribes from them, when he was in office.
It was reported that there are possibilities that Kyari would be transferred to the custody of the State Security Service (SSS) following the attack.
The incident gingered Kyari, to approach a Federal High Court, Thursday to plead for another bail.
