Provide whereabouts of missing activists, UN urges Taliban The Informant247

8 sustain injuries as bomb blast hits bus conveying Taliban govt employees

A bomb explosion has injured at least eight persons in Kabul.

This came as a bomb hit a minibus which was carrying the employees of the Taliban Government in Kabul.

This was revealed by the police on Wednesday.

It was gathered that the blast was triggered by a roadside bomb.

Khalid Zadran, who’s the spokesperson of the Kabul police, said that the bus was conveying the government employees from the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development.

The Informant247 observes that the return of the Taliban to power in 2021, has triggered several deadly bombings which were often claimed by Islamic State.

The religious minorities and Taliban officials have continued to be the mostly target.

About 53 students, mostly young women, lost their lives and more than a hundred other persons sustained various degrees of injuries in a suicide attack in the neighbourhood of an educational centre in Kabul’s Shia-Hazara just over one month ago.
