A 44-year-old unemployed man, Yunusa Ganiyi, on Tuesday appeared in an Ogun Court, over alleged theft of a tricycle worth N1.9 million.

Insp. E.O. Adaraloye, the Police Prosecutor, informed the court that the defendant and other persons now at large, carried out the offence around 3.00 a.m on October 21 at Ewupe in Ogun.

The prosecutor also said that the offence violated Sections 390(10a) and 516 of the Criminal Code Laws of Ogun, 2006.
When the matter was read to the defendant, he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
