2027: Fear grips as Atiku, Obi, coalition meeting to unseat Tinubu disrupted
Fear grips following a chaotic scene, which saw a coalition meeting to unseat President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027, disrupted when delegates from Jigawa State stormed the venue, protesting over representation issues.
A high-profile coalition meeting, was attended by prominent figures including Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Rotimi Amaechi.
It was learnt that the disruption occurred at the Abuja Continental Hotel, where the National Political Consultative Group (North) had convened the meeting.
Tensions escalated when Babachir Lawal, former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, announced a delegate to represent Jigawa State, sparking outrage among the state’s representatives.
