10th Assembly: Suleiman re-elected Bauchi Speaker

Bauchi State House of Assembly on Tuesday, reelected its Speaker, Abubakar Suleiman for the 10th House of Assembly in the State.

Sulaiman who represents Ningi Central Constituency, was elected for the second time to lead the Assembly, following their inauguration at the House, having served in that capacity for the past four years.

With this development, Sulaiman becomes the first person to be elected Bauchi Assembly Speaker twice.

Jamilu Umar Dahiru was also elected Deputy Speaker to assist in conducting the affairs of the State Assembly.
