1,042 more Nigerians evacuated from China, Oman, Saudi, others
No fewer than 1,042 Nigerians and four infants have been evacuated from China, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and other European countries by the Federal Government
This brings to over 10,000 persons evacuated by the Nigerian Government following the Coronavirus lockdown.
The evacuation flights are expected in the country on Monday, 17th August 2020.
The ministry of Foreign Affairs disclosed the latest evacuation exercise.
It was also gathered that those who failed to undergo the COVID-19 test were denied boarding the flights.
The breakdown of the evacuation showed that 270 from China, 114 Passengers are expected from Oman, 393 from Saudi Arabia and 265 from Turkey and other European countries.
