We are not aware of any protest –Kwara Poly

The Students Union Government, SUG of Kwara State Polytechnic chapter has debunked the report of the purported protest among the students of the institution.

However, The Informant247 gathered that there was a protest at Eleko /Yakuba by the villagers of this community over the power outage which has been for long in this community

When contacted, the SUG president, Ishola Abdulsalam popularly known as Gigabyte said that there was nothing like a protest by the students, stressing that the issue of school fees increment will be sorted out in due time.

The SUG PRO, Ameen Soliu Owolabi, added that an official statement will be released on the issue of the school fees hike by the management.
