Strategic partnerships vital for successful resident registration in Kwara – KWASSRA
The Kwara State Resident Registration Agency (KWASSRA) recently gathered stakeholders from various Federal and State ministries, agencies, and departments (MDAs) to discuss the enhancement of its residents’ registration drive.
Mr. Jimoh, speaking at the engagement meeting, underscored the importance of strategic partnerships, stating, “For KWASSRA to be able to deliver on its mandate, there is a need for strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, such as the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) and the National Population Commission (NPC).”
He continued, “Your presence here today reflects a shared commitment to a common goal in establishing a reliable and inclusive residents database that will serve as a foundation for improved planning, resource allocation, and service delivery across the State.”
Addressing the complexities of data collection challenges, Mr. Jimoh emphasized the necessity of collaboration, saying, “The Agency’s inevitable need for collaboration with all the stakeholders present is crucial to harness their individual potentials for mutual benefits.”
