Presidential Tribunal: Court reserves judgment on Atiku’s petition against Tinubu

The presidential electtion petition tribunal on Tuesday in Abuja, reserved judgment on the petition filed by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in February 25 presidential election against president Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The Informant247 gathered that Atiku is challenging the declaration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the election.

Respondents in the suit are the Independent National Electoral Commission, Bola Tinubu, and the All Progressives Party.

However, the tribunal after adopting the parties’ final written addresses, reserved judgment to a date to be communicated to the parties in the case.
