Presidency faults Zahra Buhari’s PPPRA appointment report, says it is untrue, malicious
Consequent upon report which surfaced in various social media yesterday that the most popular of President Muhammadu’s children, Zahra Buhari secured as a job with the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA), the presidency in a swift reactive statement signed by Special Adviser to the President, Femi Adeshina has invalidated such report tagging the publication as ‘untrue and malicious,’ aimed at ridiculing the president’s personality.
The statement read in parts, ” An online medium given particularly to fake news puclishes that Zahra, daughter of president Muhammadu Buhari, has fraudulently secured a with the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA).
” While Zahra, just like any other Nigerians, can work wherever she secures employment, we hasten to add that the story is false in every material particular.
” The publication is untrue and malicious, and meant to cast aspersions at the first family, since the tendentious platform claims the job was secured fraudulently.
“All people of goodwill are enjoined to ignore the hack piece, masquarading as a news story,” the president’s media aide, Femi Adeshina added
