Oyabambi greets Muslims on Eid-il-Fitr
US-based philanthropist and former gubernatorial candidate of the United Democratic Party in the 2019 general elections, Chief Adetunji Oyabambi has called on the entire Muslim community to embrace the trio of love, peace and unity as they mark this year Eid-il-Fitr festival across the world.
This was disclosed in a statement personally sent to THE INFORMANT247 on Wednesday in Ilorin, Kwara state capital.
Oyabambi charged the people of the Kwara state mostly especially, to follow the teachings of the Noble Prophet Muhammad and prayed for an end to the terrible and most terrifying situation of the country at this crucial point in time.
In his Eid El-Fitr message, he said: “I sent warm greetings at this season of Eid-el-Fitr to the people of Kwara State, and the entire nation. It is a season of remembrance of the good things that the Almighty Allah has done in our lives.
“This is a very crucial period of our lives, while we’re frustrated and disturbed by the rising cases of insecurities we recorded on a daily basis, we must not be deterred whatsoever, we must keep pushing for us to achieve the kind of a country we would all want to see.
