Owolabi Wopa appointed Chairman of Kwara United Queens

Alhaji AbdulRazaq Owolabi Wopa has been appointed as the new Chairman of Kwara United Queens.

Wopa, as he is fondly called received his appointment letter from the Kwara State Sports Commission, marking the beginning of a new leadership chapter for the newly created club.

He’s expected to oversee the administration and runnings of the club which serves as the official female football team of Kwara State.

An experienced football administrator, Wopa once serves as the Vice Chairman of Kwara United and also a board member of the defunct Nigeria Premier League. He is also currently the Vice President of Swimming and Aquatic federation of Nigeria.
